When the impeller body (101) rotates, a gap between the pair of adjacent baffle plates (103) changes periodically. The shearing strength and the retention time are both taken into consideration when the impeller assembly (10) operates, a strong shear effect is achieved on a solid-liquid mixture, liquid static pressure changes can be caused to generate microbubbles, and the dispersion efficiency of solid in liquid in improved.
